PXW 型配变低压保护开关箱主要由箱体、塑壳断路器、绝缘导线、瓷瓶接线端子、绝缘子等组成。箱体采用不锈钢焊接而成，其刚性及承载能力达到电器元件的安装要求。正面是门，背面封闭，主电路用铜母线连接。门打开后，箱内元器件全部敞露，便于检修维护。样机门上折边处有橡塑条，门框上有导水槽，防护等级可达到IP44。铜母线、N 母线、PE 母线表面镀锡处理。N 母线贴有“N”标识，PE母线贴有“PE”标识。样机进线方式为下进线，上出线。

The PXW type distribution transformer low-voltage protection switchgear cabinet primarily consists of a cabinet body, molded case circuit breaker, insulated conductors, porcelain insulator terminal blocks, and insulators. The cabinet body is fabricated from stainless steel via welding, providing sufficient rigidity and load-bearing capacity to meet the installation requirements for electrical components. The front of the cabinet features a door, while the rear is fully enclosed; the main circuit is connected using copper busbars.

When the door is opened, all internal components within the cabinet become exposed, facilitating inspection and maintenance. Rubber-plastic strips are installed at the folded edges of the prototype door, and water guide channels are provided on the door frame, enabling an IP44 protection rating. The surfaces of the copper busbar, N-busbar, and PEbusbar are tin-plated. The N-busbar is marked with "N", and the PE-busbar is marked with "PE". For the prototype, the incoming power connection method is bottom-in, top-out.
