XDW型端子箱主要由箱体、塑料外壳式断路器、铜母线、N母线、PE母线、绝缘导线、绝缘子等组成。箱体采用冷轧钢板整体折弯，局部焊接而成，其刚性及承载能力达到电器元件的安装要求。正面是门，背面封闭，主电路用铜母线连接，主母线位于分支断路器上方。铜母线、N母线、PE母线表面镀锡处理。箱体采用浅驼色环氧粉末静电喷涂。主开关进线方式为上进线。样机外壳防护等级为IP65。

The XDW-type terminal box primarily consists of a box body, a plastic enclosure circuit breaker, copper busbars, N-busbar, PE-busbar, insulated conductors, insulators, etc. The box body is fabricated by integral bending of cold-rolled steel plates with localized welding, ensuring its rigidity and load-bearing capacity meet the installation requirements for electrical components. The front side features a door, while the rear side is fully enclosed; the main circuit is connected via copper busbars, with the main busbar positioned above the branch circuit breakers. The surfaces of the copper busbars, N-busbar, and PE-busbar are tin-plated. The box body is coated with light camel-colored epoxy powder electrostatic spraying. The incoming wiring method for the main switch is top-in. The protection rating of the prototype enclosure is IP65.
